This immersive installation invites viewers to remove their shoes and step onto a mirrored pathway surrounded by salt in order to offering a quiet space for reflection and introspection. Inspired by belief that growth is not linear but cyclical, just like the moon, the work encourages participants to explore recurring patterns and evolving truths within their lives. Once they walk around the spiral they are confronted with text that reads “attention is the beginning of devotion” printed on the opposing wall of the entry way. This reveal creates a dialogue between internal and external realities. The encircling salt acts as a symbol of protection and purification, grounding the experience in ritual and renewal. Visitors are encouraged to engage with the space privately / individually, embracing the moment with singular presence.
